Patient 413
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who had previously undergone bilateral breast augmentation with 350 cc silicone implants in 2014. She has had multiple pregnancies since and is noticed significant change in the appearance of both breasts with waterfall deformities. In addition, she desired aesthetic correction of her abdomen. She underwent removal of both implants, replacement with 325 cc implants and mastopexy. In addition, she had abdominoplasty with flank liposuction. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 5 months after her procedure.
