Patient 34
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 30s who desired fuller, more uplifted and even breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation mastopexy with insertion of 270 cc smooth round silicone implants. Additional breast tissue was removed from the right side to improve symmetry. The postoperative photos were taken approximate 1 year after procedure.
