Patient 41
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 50s who had prior breast augmentation with Biocell textured implants in 1996. She desired removal of the implants without replacement. It was determined that she would need a breast lift in order to correct her underlying ptosis after implant removal. She underwent implant removal with capsulectomy and bilateral mastopexy. The postoperative photographs were taken approximately 3 months after her procedure.
