Dr. Chang
43 year old female complained of “bra fat” that hangs over the bra and doesn’t seem to go away exercise and diet. This bra bulge/fat is actually accessory (extra) breast tissue that is visible between the armpit and bra. This patient underwent direct excision and liposuction of her accessory breast tissue a hidden scar under the armpit.
