Patient 56
Dr. Mattos
This patient in his early 20’s has been suffering from bilateral gynecomastia, or enlargement of his breast tissue underneath his nipple, for years. He feels uncomfortable in clothing and the gynecomastia is also visible through his clothing. He wanted a flat chest contour, which was achieved using liposuction and direct excision of the breast gland. Here he is 2 months after surgery.
