Patient 86
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 50s who had a history of prior bilateral breast augmentation with textured silicone implants by another surgeon. She subsequently developed bilateral capsular contractures. She underwent bilateral capsulectomy with placement of smooth round 305 cc silicone implants (pictures not shown). She subsequently underwent a delayed mastopexy with implant removal and replacement using 285 cc smooth round silicone implants. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 months after her most recent procedure.
