A 19 year-old young woman who presented with neck, back, and shoulder pain secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with the short scar technique and liposuction of the folds under her arms. The post-operative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her procedure.
