A woman in her 20s who presented with neck, back, and shoulder pain secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts and required a bilateral breast reduction for symptomatic relief. In addition, she desired aesthetic improvement of the fatty deposits along the lateral chest requiring axillary roll liposuction. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with liposuction of her lateral chest rolls. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her procedure.
