Description: 55 year old female previously underwent breast augmentation by another surgeon, complained of firm and uncomfortable breasts. MRI showed bilateral silicone implant rupture. Patient underwent breast augmentation revision surgery with capsulectomies and implant exchange to achieve a more natural appearing and softer breast.
