A woman in her 50s who had a breast augmentation and mastopexy over 30 years ago followed by a revision in 2015 for implant rupture. She desired a reduction in breast size. This was accomplished by implant exchange with 300 cc silicone implants and revision of her mastopexy with bilateral breast tissue removal. The postoperative photographs were taken approximately 10 months after her surgery.+
