Patient 41
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who had undergone prior augmentation mastopexy elsewhere. She presented with bilateral “waterfall” deformities, where the breast tissue descends over the implant. She desired revision of her bilateral augmentation mastopexy with the same size implants. She underwent removal of both implants and replacement with smooth round silicone implants with revision of her mastopexy. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 years after her surgery.
