Patient 48
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who had bilateral augmentation mastopexy performed over 20 years earlier. She had bilateral waterfall deformities with significant breast asymmetry. She desired removal of her implants and aesthetic improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She underwent implant removal with bilateral mastopexies using an auto augmentation technique. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 years after her procedure.
