Case-16507
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 40s, 2 months postop short-incision abdominoplasty with repair of umbilical hernia and breast augmentation revision. Scar minimizing technique employed. The abdominoplasty scar is designed to be short and completely below the bikini line. The patient had previously placed breast implants with hard and painful capsular contracture. Capsulectomies were performed with implant revision to result in a more natural appearing and softer breast.
