Case-17171
Dr. Kilgo
35 year old woman with a significant pectus deformity who initially underwent placement of subglandular saline implants in 2003 by another surgeon. Her complaints included implant malpostion, rippling and capsular contracture. Revisional surgery involved a staged removal of the implants followed by placement of submuscular textured round silicone implants (325cc on the right, 300cc on the left). The post-operative photos were taken at approximately 1 month.
