Case-17521
Dr. Reish
An asian woman in her 20s, 6 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a bulbous tip and lack of dorsal and tip projection of her nose. Tip refining surgery, cartilage tip grafting, columella strut graft, and a dorsal cartilage onlay graft was performed to result in a more defined nasal tip and stronger dorsum of the nose. The overall goal is a natural appearance of the nose with improved definition.
