Case-17732
Dr. Reish
A man in his 20s, 3 weeks post-op rhinoplasty and septoplasty. This patient had dorsal hump and septal deviation. The patient’s nose deviated to his left and this was corrected for a straight appearance (best seen in frontal view, last picture). The result is a conservative change, which retains the masculine quality of his nose.
