A woman in her 20s, two weeks post-op rhinoplasty. Dorsal hump reduction and nasal tip refinement were performed. The nasal tip was also slightly elevated. It is important to not over-rotate the nasal tip. The overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result.
