Case-22163
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, three months post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had a high set radix and dorsal hump preoperatively. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, and radix reduction. The most challenging aspect of this case is radix reduction. The overall goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of her face.
