Case-23849
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 30s, 2 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an overly-projecting nasal tip which created an elongated appearance of her nostrils and a dorsal hump. Nasal tip de-projection was performed to shorten the overall length of her nose. Dorsal hump reduction and nasal tip refinement were also performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face.
