Case-24244
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 50s, 2 months post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had a drooping nasal tip, dorsal hump, a severely deviated septum, and inability to breathe through her nose preoperatively. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, correction of septal deviation, and tip elevation. She specifically wanted a very natural look which complements the rest of her face, looks appropriate for her age, and does not droop when smiling.
