Case-24683
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 2 years post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had severely deviated septum with inability to breathe and a bulbous tip preoperatively. She underwent nasal tip refinement and correction of her deviated septum with improvement of her breathing. The overall goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of her face and does not droop when smiling.
