Case-25070
Dr. Mattos
This patient had a severe septal deviation and significant difficulty breathing, which required straightening of her septum to improve her breathing. She also underwent rhinoplasty at the time of septoplasty to reduce her dorsal hump, rotate her tip upward, and straighten her nose. Here she is only 6 weeks postop from her surgery. Her nasal tip swelling will continue to diminish with time and continue to improve for a whole year after surgery. Her breathing has also improved after surgery.
