Case-31401
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 50s, 4 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a bulbous tip, wide alar base, thick skin, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, tip debulking, alar base reduction with internal sill excision, and tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling.
