Case-37602
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 6 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an overly-rotated nasal tip and an elongated overly-projecting nasal tip. Nasal tip de-projection, tip de-rotation using extended spreader grafts, and nasal tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face. This patient specifically did not want her tip too elevated.
