Case-43194
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who wishes to have a bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomy for a genetic mutation that predisposes her to cancer risk. In order to be a candidate for nipple sparing mastectomy, she required a bilateral breast reduction in order to reposition the nipple areolar complex, reduce the size of the breast and improve the symmetry. The post operative photos were taken approximately 5 months after her breast reduction.
