Case-47983
Dr. Mattos
58-year-old female with very large breasts that were causing symptoms of back pain and discomfort. She underwent bilateral breast reduction using a circumvertical incision only (around the areola and vertically downward; no incision under the breast). Here she is seen only 2 months out and her breasts are reduced and lifted with a great shape. Her scars early on are red but the redness will fade during the next year completely.
