Patient 9
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, two years post-op revision rhinoplasty and chin augmentation with fat grafting. This patient had a previous rhinoplasty which left her with a pollybeak deformity and a slightly drooping nasal tip. She underwent revision rhinoplasty with subtle elevation of her nasal tip and correction of pollybeak deformity using MTF cartilage. She also had submental liposuction and fat grafting performed to her chin for a subtle improvement in the contour of her jawline.
