Patient 66
Dr. Mattos
34 year old male patient who had a prominent nose before surgery. He was mostly bothered by his very large hump and drooping tip, especially when smiling. He wanted to flatten the dorsum of the nose and very subtly elevate his tip, so that the nose would still look like him. It was very important to him that look of the nose remained masculine in appearance. Here he is 2 months after surgery and the nose looks great already.
