Patient 19
Dr. Reish
A man in his 50s, 6 weeks post-op mini facelift and necklift. Scar minimizing technique employed. The overall goal is a natural looking result. The challenging aspect of this case is that the patient is completely bald and therefore has no hairline in which to hide the scars. All incisions in this patient are hidden behind the ears and a small submental incision. A subtle yet important aspect of this case is temporal fat grafting to improve his temporal wasting which can be viewed best in the last view (frontal view).
