Dr. Lukash
Teenage male with facial imbalance with a large nose and small chin. Treatment was with closed rhinoplasty and fat grafting to augment chin. Post-op is 5 years later with significant “buffing up”. In spite of weight loss fat in chin remains. No implant required and no outside incisions.
