Patient 127
Dr. Reish
A man in his 30s, 1 year post-op rhinoplasty and septoplasty. This patient had septal deviation and deviation of his dorsal aesthetic lines with functional breathing obstruction. Spreader grafts and osteotomies were performed in order to straighten his nose and improve his breathing. The overall goal is a natural appearance of the nose which still retains a masculine quality.
