Dr. Reish
45 year old man with a severe deviated septum and saddle nose deformity, 1 week post-op rhinoplasty. Dorsal onlay cartilage graft resulting in a straight dorsum, columellar strut cartilage graft for tip support, septoplasty, and spreader grafts to improve breathing. Overall goal is a natural looking result which retains a masculine appearance of the nose.
