Patient 152
Dr. Reish
16 year old boy with severe deviated septum, 2 weeks post-op rhinoplasty. Dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement with cartilage trimming, columellar strut cartilage graft for tip support, septoplasty, and spreader grafts to improve breathing. Overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result which retains a masculine appearance of the nose.
