Patient 274
Dr. Reish
A transgender patient in her 20s, 3 months post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had an over projecting nasal tip with an elongated appearance of the nostrils preoperatively. The goal is a subtle shortening of the nostrils and overall nasal length. She underwent nasal tip deprojection to shorten her nostrils and nasal length, dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, and tip elevation. The overall goal is a natural looking result which feminizes and complements the rest of her face.
