Patient 49
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, three weeks post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had a drooping nasal tip, over projecting nasal tip, and slight dorsal hump preoperatively. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip deprojection to shorten the overall length of her nose, and tip elevation. The overall goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of her face.
