Rhinoplasty

A woman in her 30s, one year post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump, bulbous tip, a severely deviated septum, and a drooping tip. Septal reset, tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, and nasal tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face and improves her breathing.
