Patient 558
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 30s, 10 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an elongated overly-projecting nasal tip, a dorsal hump, deviated septum, nostril asymmetry, and a drooping tip. Nasal tip de-projection, tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, septal reset, correction of tip asymmetry, and nasal tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face.
