Patient 631
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, three years post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump, a bulbous tip, a severely deviated septum, nostril asymmetry, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, tip deprojection, correction of septal deviation, improvement of nostril asymmetry, and tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling.
