Patient 97
Dr. Reish
A man in his 20s, 2 weeks post-op rhinoplasty and septoplasty. This patient had a severely deviated septum and nasal tip deviation prior to surgery. Cartilage grafting and suturing techniques were performed to improve the nasal asymmetry. The overall goal in surgery is a conservative change of his nose to result in a natural appearance.
